Iron Gate Blackberry Wine Cake

  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1 1/2 cups Iron Gate Blackberry Wine
  • 1 (3oz) package Blackberry Jell-O
  • 2 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar
  • Pam

Preheat oven to 325°. Lightly grease a Bundt pan with Pam. Combine cake mix, Jell-O, eggs, oil, and 1 cup wine. Pour into pan. Bake for 60 minutes or until done. Remove from oven and pierce cake (in pan) with pick. Mix together remaining 1/2 cup wine and confectioner’s sugar. Pour over warm cake. Let cake set 10-15 minutes before you remove from pan.

Pair with Iron Gate Blackberry Wine.
