Spring has finally come and it’s time to celebrate with live original music in the courtyard. Iron Gate Vineyards is proud to offer some of the best original music in our area. One of our favorite local musical performers of all time, a regular here at the winery for many years, kicks off the 2018 season. Currie Wayne Clayton, Jr. is a Singer/Songwriter/Producer/Engineer. All of his original songs come from true life experiences.
Pack a picnic, we’ll supply the wine and get ready to enjoy an afternoon of live original music!
His love of music began at a very young age. From a family of avid musicians, he began playing the drums when he was only 3 years old. When he was 15 he picked up his older sister’s guitar determined to learn how to play and has been unable to put it down since. Currie has played in various bands throughout the years and has traveled the mid-west and the east coast entertaining audiences on a professional level for over 15 years. His incredible guitar playing, voice and storytelling never fails to amaze his audiences.
